Everclear Pools SA - Return Policy

At Everclear Pools SA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are
not entirely happy, our return policy allows you to return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:

1. Product Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, with all included accessories and manuals.
2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number must be provided for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Customised products, chemicals, opened filter cartridges, and special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at contact@everclearpools.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Refunds:

1. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days. If the item needs to be sent back to the supplier for inspection as part of the manufacturer’s warranty process, please allow up to 3-4 weeks.
2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Deductions: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. In the case of partial returns, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may request photos or additional details to process the claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item within warranty is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, credit or refund, at the discretion of the manufacturer and/or Everclear Pools SA. We reserve the right to decline a repair, replacement, credit or refund claim where any product fault is caused by:

  • Misuse, neglect and abnormal use or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from improper assembly or modification
  • Damage to external or product packaging only
  • Damage occurring during your own handling and transportation of goods.
